Tell the audience a little about yourself?

My family came to the US from Ukraine when I was four. My parents came here with nothing, but the heart and dream for a better life for my two older brothers and myself. Growing up, I believed I had to follow this linear path – be an honor student, attend a four-year University, climb the corporate ladder. And so I did. I was in honor classes, received a BS in finance and have worked in investment management for the last 5 years.

On paper, I was supposed to be “happy.” Yet, I never felt more disconnected with my truth and my purpose in life. I had this deep burning desire in my heart to make an impact in the world, but I didn’t feel like I was making a difference. I had to learn how to unlock the source of power from within to honor myself fully and wholeheartedly in all facets of my life. It all boiled down to self-love and self-acceptance. I found my truth and make it a practice to be connected with it.

I started making drastic changes in my life. By doing so, I began aligning with my purpose and my path. One of those is coaching and starting my own business. Being my own boss in both my business and life while making a difference in the world by serving others fills me with the greatest JOY. That’s my purpose. Now, I AM happy.

What was your dream in growing up?

Growing up, I always dream of becoming a ballerina. The moment the music turned on in the studio or on stage, my body was filled with this heart expansion energy and freedom. Each movement, each leap, each turn was a creative expression of my soul flying. For those brief moments, the world melted away and I felt the strength and power of my body transcend into love. It will always be a passion of mine.

Who is your hero?

My heroes are the everyday heroes. My parents will always be my heroes for showing me unconditional love. But I also see so many heroes sprinkled within everyday life. The man who gives up his seat on the bus for an elderly or a mom with a child in her hands, the woman who gives a grieving stranger a hug, the man who gives a homeless man a few extra dollars for the soup he just spilled on the ground, the boy who protects another boy from a bully in school. Those that bestow acts of kinds when no one is watching simply because it feels like the right thing to do. This compassion and love unifies us all as one.

You talk about your father in your blog… can you tell us how he impact your life?

My dad was a very special person to me. He was always full of life and lit up a room with his presence. He always told me to be a strong, independent and compassionate woman. Ironically, I started to wake up to that inner strength and wisdom years after he passed away. Many of the lessons he taught my brothers and me growing up penetrated even deeper into my core – how precious and fragile life can be yet unwavering with grace. The biggest impact this continues to have in my life is being true to myself and living life from that truth.

How do you define success?

My definition of success has drastically evolved over the years. I now feel that if I achieve money, power, status or fame at the expense of my being true to myself and my relationships then I have completely missed my target. To me, living and speaking my truth, doing what I love, making a difference however large or small it is, IS living life with integrity. I have seen way too many people resigned or withdrawn in their lives because they felt limited or unable to pursue their deepest desires and passions. To me, that’s what life and success is all about.

What comic hero will you choose and why?

I recently had a dear friend of mine tell me that if she could be any super hero it would be Batman because in her words, “He was just a regular guy who wanted to help people.” That really resonates with me. But it would definitely be awesome to have some sort of flying power or ability!

What made you be a Life Coach?

I don’t like the coined phrase “life coach.” Rich Litvin described it best, “So, although I say I am in the miracle business, what I actually do is help my clients see their world differently. Because when you help them see their world differently, their world changes. When someone sees the world differently, they show up differently and they create results that looked impossible a moment before. That is a miracle.”

How do you want to further your business for people to join?

I love working with people who are inspiring or have an inspiring mission, are making or are ready to make a big impact in the world, they are fun and bring along a challenge. I work with people both individually one-on-one and in groups. We meet or talk. And miracles start happen.

In your coaching webinar you mission in writing a book. What is the book going to be about?

My book is about congruency – unlocking that source of power from within by honoring ourselves fully and wholeheartedly. Having an intention in business that is in alignment with our purpose. I also introduce using your energy and intuition to reclaim your True power in both your business and life.

What can some people gain from the book?

I hope people gain a new perspective on how to set an intention in the way they live their business and life. I feel people are opening up to Being the change they want to see in the world. Just because things have been done a certain way, they ask and explore ways to do it differently, make a bigger impact, bring people together and take better care of each other not at the expense of future generations. We’ve seen pockets of this here and there. I’m hoping the message inspires people to really take this responsibility seriously and hold themselves accountable for the actions they take. It all begins with YOU.

I know you like cartoon character just like me, but who is your favorite cartoon character and Why?

I was always a huge fan of bugs bunny. He was so clever.

What would you do if you had a Billion Dollars?

I have a dream to start a foundation that brings together entrepreneurs and individuals who want to BE the change we all want to see in the world – working on projects and missions that are inspiring to them by helping and serving others and our environment. Whether it’s building schools in other countries for refugees, helping families in time of need, feeding starving children, rescuing animals from cruelty, providing care for the homeless, providing education and protection for those who need it, moving from oil to solar as our main energy source, you name it. I feel our world is hurting and needs a lot of healing. However, I don’t believe a billion dollars is necessarily the answer. Just be it. Live it. But that’s what I would use a billion dollars for.

What do you want to be known for by the end of the day?

I feel Beyoncé sang it best in her song “I was here.” Whatever manifests from my life, I hope I made a difference – somewhere, somehow.
